Potato Chicche is a traditional Italian pasta in the form of small, fluffy balls. They are very soft, light and "spongy", like little pillows that melt in the mouth. They go well with tomato sauce, basil pesto, melted butter with sage or rich cheese sauces, such as gorgonzola.
