Exhibitor’s Cheat Sheet

Every exhibitor should bring their own Promotional and POS Materials. Unfortunately, we cannot hang any banners on the exhibition walls. So, whatever you choose to bring should be self-supporting. A self-supporting material for example is a Roll up. The dimensions of typical roll up are usually 80cm x 200cm.

If you want to send your promotional materials in advance, please send them to our main warehouse at:

Your materials should be here by March 15th.

Your products should be here by March 15th. We will make sure to be transferred to the location of the exhibition on March 21st. One day before the exhibition.

In Rhodes there is a plethora of options for accommodation. You can find great prices online. However, you can book your rooms directly on the Hotel where the exhibition takes place.

There will be adequate time to prepare one day before the exhibition, on the 21st of March.
