Arseniko 4M Aged from Naxos P.D.O. 4kg Bambounis

Characteristics Arseniko Naxos P.O.P. is a mature cheese with a salty-sweet, spicy taste, a crumbly texture and complex aromas. In Naxos it is served plain, as a snack, with raki or wine. Alternatively, it can be grated over casseroles, roast beef and baked eggplants. A small amount is enough to intensify the flavour.
