Characteristics Deep amber colour with caramel shades, intense aromas of dried fruit such as raisins, honey and butterscotch with a mineral character. Full and velvety on the palate sweetness balanced by a refreshing acidity. Long aftertaste of candied orange peel. Serving suggestion: On its own but also with bitter chocolate, oriental sweets but also with foie gras and strong cheeses (e.g. Roquefort).
