Characteristics It is bottled directly after triple distillation in a copper pot still, without first maturing in barrel. It uses the best quality Irish barley. It produces a wonderfully smooth character ideal for drinking either neat or with various mixers or cocktail bases; suggest serving with a premium tonic water and an orange peel.
