Characteristics Excellent Salami made from 100% fresh pork. Placed in a natural casing, its surface covered with a salt coating with a few dry fungal colonies, giving it the unique white coating that characterises its class and its unique taste quality. It has a very delicate flavour and is an excellent accompaniment to any tasting of good red wine. It is also produced with smoked Ariday paprika, which gives it a spicier taste.
