Accademia Prosecco Rose DOC, is a Brut sparkling wine made from grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC area, using its classic and traditional techniques, thus maintaining its quality unchanged over the years. The wine is a blend of the Glera and Pinot Noir grape varieties.
It is pleasantly served as an aperitif, and can even accompany the entire meal. It pairs beautifully with cold and light dishes, raw fish and sushi.
