Characteristics With Original dark you combine the dynamism of Jamaican rums with the finesse of Trinidadian spirits. Colour: Bronze Taste: fruity with a strong presence of white raisins and dried pineapple. On the palate it is spicy, peppery and quite metallic. Nose: Strong presence of brown sugar and noble spices such as cloves and nutmeg. As the spirit lingers in the glass the spices become more prominent. Aftertaste: The aftertaste is fruity, spicy with a wonderfully charming finish. Alcohol: 40%. Packaging: 700ml Maturation: 1-3 years of ageing in Barbados.
