Characteristics Typical Sauvignon Blanc with an exotic character from the cold region of Amyndeon. Pale lemon-green colour on the nose, the nose is constantly changing and shows aromas of green peppers, unripe melon, grass and asparagus notes. In the mouth it is creamy, refreshing, with rich volume, accentuated acidity and persistence.
