Characteristics Mixer® forest fruit puree contains forest fruit pulp, such as black berries, blackcurrants and blueberries, equivalent to 1.30 kg. The product stands out for the characteristic ruby red colour of the wild berries and its aromatic intensity. The flavour is reminiscent of wild berries harvested in northern Italy. Its full and sweet taste is in perfect harmony with desserts such as creme caramel, yoghurt, panna cotta and mascarpone cheese.
