Characteristics Mixer® cane sugar is made from 100% sugar cane, unlike other products on the market that "claim" to be cane sugar, but contain only 51% cane product. One teaspoon of liquid sugar is equivalent to 10g of granulated sugar. It is the ideal sweetener, for cocktails, long drinks, fruit salads, cakes, granites and ice creams. Excellent with coffee or iced tea.
