Characteristics Produced from Espadin agave that has been concentrated after 7 years, which means a high concentration of sugar in the Pina. After milling and cooking with three different woods (ocote, encino and pirul), the fermentation is done 100% naturally in pine needles for 7 to 30 days. The result is a 43o mezcal with a perfect flavour profile for use in cocktails.
