Characteristics An unexpected and unique combination of Black Kalavritino from the mountain vineyards of Aigialeia and Xinomavro from the vineyards of Amyndeon. A wine dialogue between North and South, leading to a youthful and attractive rose wine, with an edgy personality and intense aromas of red fruits and flowers, but also tomato paste, olive paste, fine leather and dried herbs of Greek nature. Unexpected taste in the mouth. Medium-bodied, rich and enjoyable with fresh acidity and an aromatic, long finish. Enjoy at 10 - 12°C, accompanying pasta with light sauces or seafood, red-fleshed fish, pizza, grilled meats and Asian flavours.
