Characteristics Eratineses Wishes White is a multi-vineyard wine consisting of Assyrtiko, Malagouzia and Chardonnay. Three varieties that make up a wine with complexity and depth. Vinification The three varieties are harvested and vinified separately. Each is subjected to pre-fermentation cold maceration and temperature control during fermentation. They are matured for 6 months in acacia barrels for Assyrtiko, French oak barrels for Chardonnay and stainless steel tanks for Malagouzia. Aromas Aromatically, the wine is expressive. It is associated with floral aromas, citrus and exotic fruits, with botanicals on the second reading. On the palate, it is characterized by intensity, balance between acidity, mild oiliness and alcohol. The secondary elements of the barrel ageing emerge in the aftertaste.
