Characteristics Eratineses Wishes Red is a multi-vineyard wine. It is the result of the meeting of Xinomavro with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Three varieties characterized by great intensity, particular aromatic characteristics and tannic strength. Winemaking The three varieties are harvested and vinified at different times, always according to the maturity of each one. The wine is matured for 16 months in French oak barrels and is characterised by its body and balance. Aromas Velvety texture thanks to the Syrah, tannic backbone thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon and the gentle, earthy aromas of the Xinomavro. It brings together all the aromas carried by the varieties. Red fruits, hints of peppers and spices, sun-dried tomatoes and mint nuggets. On the palate, it is an exuberant wine, balanced between intensity and softness on the palate. Combinations The character of the wine makes it an ideal accompaniment to several dishes. Vegetable soups, veloute soups, dishes with creamy textures, up to more special ageing meats.
