Carob syrup 350gr

Characteristics Our Haroupomelo is produced from the fruits of the carob tree and has a mild, sweet taste. It can be used as a sweetener for: - Cakes - Tahini - Hot and cold drinks - Yoghurt - Ice cream - Rice It is an excellent substitute for sugar. Carob is also known as a traditional remedy for cough and sore throat. It has a high calcium content (almost three times that of milk, carob has 350mg per 100g compared to milk which has 120mg per 100g). The taste may vary depending on the variety used without changing the nutritional values. For its production we use only Cretan carob.
