Characteristics Barolo is one of the wines that craves bottle ageing - something that gives it prestige but, on the other hand, creates problems in today's world, as most modern homes do not have cellars and wine lovers keep their collections under their beds. With this in mind, Ceretto have created a Barolo made to have the typicality of the region (spices, animal aromas, lively acidity) but with a structure that allows it to be consumed even five years after harvest.
