Rhum 45.2% Panama 6 Years 70cl Plantation

Characteristics Plantation Panama 2008, was obtained from a 3-day molasses fermentation and distilled in Column Still in 2008 at the Panama Alcoholes del Istmo distilleries, where it was aged for 2 years in ex-Bourbon barrels, then travelled and aged for a year in Ferrand oak barrels in France. An intensely aromatic palette of fruity and spicy aromas of peach, red fruits, orange peel and nutmeg. White pepper, cream, lemongrass, pear peel, waxy pear, red apple and caramelized nuts complete the flavour profile. On the finish, intense notes of cigar, spice blend and chocolate with liquorice.
